2 bunches radishes
10 tenderstem broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
5 stems thyme
1 tbsp olive oil for frying
Preheat the oven to 220°C
Wash the radishes, remove the greens and slice in half.
Pour the oil in a bowl, along with grated garlic, salt, black pepper and the leaves of two of the thyme stems. Add the radishes and make sure they’re all covered in oil.
Place the radishes on a parchment-paper lined baking tray and put the 3 thyme stems that are left there as well.
Bake for 10-20 minutes in the piping hot oven. How long depends on the size of the radishes. They should be fork tender.
While they’re in the oven fry the tenderstem broccoli in a hot skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
Arrange the radishes and tenderstem broccoli on plates and eat while it’s hot.
