Ingredients
1 can wild tuna in water
1-2 eggs
2-3 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tbsp capers
1/2 tsp Indian curry
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt og black pepper
Method
Boil the eggs for 12 minutes and then run cold water over them to stop the eggs from boiling further.
Whilst they are boiling make the vegan mayo, the way it’s done HERE.
Put the vegan mayo in a bowl and stir in the spices. Peel the eggs and dice them. Drain the liquid from the tuna.
Add the tuna, eggs and capers to the mayo and mix well.
The thickness people prefer differs a lot, so to your taste put more or less of mayo, eggs or tuna. Same goes for the spices. Nothing is holy there.
I don’t have this often as it includes eggs and tuna, but once in a while doesn’t do me any harm.
