Rose Mary

There’s a whole lot of rosemary growing in my garden, so what to do… what to do… Why not use some of it in a cocktail? It’s splendid actually 😋

Ingredients

1 part gin
2 parts sparkling water

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

1-2 drops stevia (optional)

black pepper (a few pepper corns)
ice cubes

Method

Squeeze the juice from a lemon and measure one tablespoon into a cocktail glass. Add in ice cubes, black pepper, stevia (optional) gin and sparkling water. Stir. Rub the rosemary sprigs a bit between your fingers to release the aromatic oils and then put them into the drink. It’s nice to use the sprigs to stir a bit as well. The drink becomes more flavourful after a couple of minutes.

You can skip the gin and it becomes a lovely mocktail.

And here with a blue colour bomb in it. The colour is blue spirolina powder.
