Popsicles

Banana and mango

Ingredients

1 banana, riped

3-4 tbsp Froosh, mango and orange

2 heaped tbsp coconut milk, the solid part

Method

Add everything to a blender or a food processor and let it run until it’s smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Mixed berries

Ingredients

1 banana, riped

1 pack Froosh, blackcurrants, apple, strawberries and acai

2 heaped tbsp coconut milk, the solid part

Method

Add everything to a blender or a food processor and let it run until it’s smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.

1/2 banana, riped

1 cup frozen berries

1 cup whipped oat cream (the solid part of coconut milk works too)

Method

Add everything to a blender or a food processor and let it run until it’s smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Lemon

Ingredients

1/2 banana, ripe

2-4 tbsp juice from a lemon

1-2 tbsp yacon syrup

1 cup whipped oat cream (the solid part of coconut milk works too)

Method

Squeeze the juice from the lemon

Add everything to a blender or a food processor and let it run until it’s smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Note that the taste of how lemony the popsicles should be is very different. I like them really sour, but most of my family likes them sweeter. So the quantity of lemon versus syrup is only a suggestion.
