This drink has a good amount of vitamin C and all kinds of other nutrients as well.
1 red grapefruit
2 cups coconut water
ginger, just a small chunk
pinch of salt and black pepper (optional)
Peel the grapefruit and divide to segments. Peel the mango and cut away the meet around the pit. Cut the mango meet into large chunks. Peel the ginger and chop coarsely.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and let it run until the drink is nice and smooth.
I decorated with a mint from my greenhouse, but of course you can use anything you fancy. Or just don’t bother to decorate at all :))
