Spring in a glass

Ingredients

2 cups frozen fruits, yellow ones – mango, papaya and pineapple

1 cup plantmilk, coconut or almond

1/8 cup lime juice, optional

1-2 tbsp vanilla protein (or 1 tsp pure vanilla)

1 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

Method

Defrost the fruits for about 15 minutes. They should still be a bit frozen.

Put everything in a blender and let it run until it’s nice and smooth.

Those who don’t like protein powder can use 1 tsp of pure vanilla instead.

One can of course add a bit of spinach or avocado, but I personally like to keep my green juices with veggies only – and don’t add greens to my berry or fruit boosts. But that’s of course a matter of taste.
