Ingredients
1/2 watermelon
20 mint leaves (less or more to your taste)
1/2 lime, the juice
black pepper (optional)
8 ice cubes
Method
Cut watermelon in half. Scoop the flesh out of one half into a blender. No need to deseed.
Add the mint leaves, lime juice and a tiny tad of black pepper. Let the blender work its magic for a minute or two.
Put ice cubes in two glasses and pour in the watermelon juice. Decorate with mint leaves.
